Fortunately, this is not true. Unfortunately, many people who rely on the “professional” advice of search optimization companies who help make this ridiculous claim could find themselves in a bad situation because of it.

“There is almost nothing a competitor can do to hurt your ranking or remove NESTOR VAZQUEZ IGAMING SEO your site from our index.”

The fact is that the word “almost” means nothing. try anything. Saying it proves the validity of the claim makes no more sense than saying it proves that wearing blue socks on Tuesday is likely to hurt my competitors' web page. In reality, search engine optimization companies that turn claims like this are often trying to create excuses for their own web page to not rank. Maybe they may want to take some of the time they've been using to create intricate fairy tales and spend it updating themselves on web search engine optimization data.
